Each day we set a "Nature Walk" challenge to encourage you to get those steps in, with a range of different types of photos to take whilst outdoors!

whether it be of an insect, specific plant, or color this fan-favorite feature is guaranteed to improve not only your physical health but mental health too!

Nutrition Coaching!

In the Challenge, we also work on your nutrition. 

With our recipe books including over 150 healthy and tasty recipes, you will never be stuck without an amazing meal to cook!

We also get you to be accountable by logging your food!

Full Nutrition coaching will be given by the coaches too to make sure you are working towards your specific goal.

Mindfullness!

At PT Corner, we value our mental health just as much as our physical health!

So we encourage just 10 minutes of either meditation, yoga, or simply taking a bit of time out to BREATH

we also include recommended links for guided meditation and different types of mindfulness practices for you to try.
